The design of all the main machine’s components is completed using the most advanced softwares for the structure analysis (FEM), static analysis, dynamic analysis, thermal analysis and styling. It concerns a vertical fixed bed type milling machine with mobile column and with one milling head with a very strong structure and because of this very proper to be presetted for a wide range of automations and suitable for heavy milling operations keeping a perfect geometrical squareness and therefore with high precision. The basic version foresees feeds through AC motors with variable Brushless type and ball recirculating screws with double pre-loaded nuts. The machine is equipped with various CNC controls based on customer’s request.
